Who We Are

Noble-Bates Young brings a community-centered perspective shaped by executive leadership in nonprofit organizations, legislative service, and statewide public health. Most recently serving in senior leadership within the Louisiana Department of Health, Office of the Surgeon General, she works at the intersection of policy, systems coordination, and community impact.

Previously, Noble served as Executive Director of the Northshore Business Council and led strategic partnerships for NAMI Southeast Louisiana, including a transformative supportive housing initiative in Lacombe. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside parish officials, nonprofit boards, business leaders, and community advocates to align vision with execution. Her leadership reflects a commitment to strengthening Louisiana communities through collaboration, strategic partnerships, and thoughtful public policy.
