Andrew Bautsch founded Devise Strategy Group after years of leadership in Louisiana’s political and governmental landscape. As Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Julia Letlow (LA-05), he led federal legislative strategy and district operations while maintaining deep connections across Louisiana’s Fifth Congressional District.

He previously served as Executive Director of the Republican Party of Louisiana, working alongside local leaders, elected officials, and grassroots organizations statewide. Andrew understands how decisions made in Washington and Baton Rouge impact parishes and communities at home. His work is grounded in relationships — built through years of collaboration with legislators, donors, business leaders, and community advocates.

Beyond Louisiana, Andrew spent time working around the country for various candidates, PACs, and associations, providing a unique perspective to bring results via data driven decision making.
